Russian President accepts boosting economic relation with Iran

December 31, IFIF public relation- A memorandum of understanding (MoU) on broadening economic and trade cooperation with Iran was approved by the Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Iranian and Russian officials have underlined the need for paving the way for foreign investments and according to the MoU, Tehran and Moscow will give sufficient guarantees return of capital to the investors in all areas in case problems occur.
The 13th Iran-Russia Joint Commission session kicked off on Sunday with the participation of Iranian Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Mahmoud Vaezi, and Russian Energy Minister, Alexander Novak and a 30 member delegation to discuss bilateral ties.
The Iran-Russian Energy Committee also started within framework of the 13th Iran-Russia Joint Commission.
